Hey! I'm Brittany, a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Neurofeedback Practitioner.  I bring over a decade of experience in the field of mental health, with a unique background that blends neuroscience, clinical research, and psychotherapy. My passion for understanding the brain-body connection began in research, where I used EEG to explore treatment-resistant conditions such as depression and PTSD. I later managed clinical trials for a medical device company specializing in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), deepening my commitment to evidence-based, non-invasive approaches to mental wellness. Now, I specialize in using neurofeedback to support clients in improving nervous system balance and brain function. My approach is rooted in the belief that sustainable change happens when we consider the whole person and when care is tailored to the individual’s unique needs and strengths. As Clinic Director, I aim to foster a culture of integrity, warmth, and curiosity (where the head and heart go hand in hand). I look forward to learning about you and your brain!

Hi there! I am Jamie, a Neurofeedback Technician. In 2015, I obtained an Honours BSc from Carleton University with a specialization in Psychology. My thesis work examined the brain’s natural learning processes and biases - specifically how it implicitly detects and responds to patterns - laying a foundation for understanding self-regulation in approaches like neurofeedback. I then went on to obtain a BEd from the University of Ottawa in 2017. I am currently working as a teacher and have published two children’s books (Farts are like Snowflakes, Better With You in It). I am very enthusiastic about education, mental health, and overall well-being. Helping people to achieve their goals in these areas has always been a passion of mine. My aim is to help all clients and students with an approach that is tailored to them as an individual. I'm so excited to help you be the best version of yourself!

Hi, I'm Hana! I am a Neurofeedback Technician. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and am currently completing the final practicum of my MSW at Carleton University. I have experience in housing and homelessness, disability support, community research, and mental health. I have worked with individuals facing a range of challenges, including intellectual and physical disabilities, schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, and traumatic brain injuries. I also volunteer at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, where I am currently completing my practicum, offering short-term therapeutic interventions. While I have a deep love for social work, my passion for the brain led me to neurofeedback. I’m deeply fascinated by how the brain functions and changes, and I enjoy supporting clients through this science-based approach. I’ve supported individuals in understanding how brain function connects to behaviour, and I apply that knowledge through neurofeedback by supporting clients from an internal, brain-based perspective. I strive to create a warm, safe space and approach my work with curiosity and compassion. Thank you for letting me be a part of your healing and growth journey!

Hello, I'm Megan! For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people as a Somatic Psychotherapist and Dance/Movement Therapist. My work has taken me into hospice palliative care, community health centres, local organizations, and private practice. Always with the same focus: walking alongside people through life’s tender transitions. I support people through many kinds of change - beginnings and endings, shifts in identity or relationships, career or lifestyle transitions, loss and grief, caregiving, and times of illness or uncertainty. At the heart of my approach is trust, presence, and deep listening. I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen and supported, which is why I base my work in a person-centered approach. This approach allows people tap into the wisdom they already carry within, finding clarity and moving toward the next step that feels authentic and right for them. I genuinely look forward to connecting and supporting you as you navigate your next steps with confidence and direction.
