I am a passionate and heart-driven psychotherapist and neurofeedback practitioner. In our therapy sessions, you'll find me blending self-compassion, relational, CBT, emotion-focused, and narrative modalities with some humour and empathy to create a space where you can thrive. Building strong, genuine relationships with my clients is my jam, and I love diving deep into the stories that shape who you are. Let's uncover and understand the patterns that shape your life and explore how deeply ingrained beliefs repeat themselves; so you can gain greater self-awareness and start making conscious, empowered change.
